High productivity flour milling plant runs on the equipment manufactured under a license from the Swiss Company “BUHLER”, which is one of the leading manufacturers of grain processing equipment on the world market. Grain processing production capacity of the Plant makes up to 500 tons per day with the yield of products in assortment: top-grade flour – up to 23%, first grade flour – up to 20%, second grade flour – up to 5%, bran – up to 20%.

In sack filling plant top-grade and first grade flour is packed in sacks weighing 50 and 25 kg, manna groats - in sacks weighing 25 kg and second grade flour - in sacks weighing 45 kg. Prepackaging and packing is implemented in department of finished products: top-grade and first grade flour is prepackaged and packed in bags containing 10, 5, 2 and 1 kg, manna groats – in bags containing 1 kg, flour for Pelmeni and Beshbarmak, Elite grade flour and rye flour – in bags containing 2 kg.

No. 1 Macaroni Factory is in operation since May 2007. It is equipped with automatic continuous production line manufactured by "RAVAN" (Italy). This equipment allows producing a variety of short cut macaroni products with a capacity of up to 2000 kilogram per hour.

The applied TAЅ (Thermo-Active System) drying technology is the latest development in drying technology of “PAVAN” Company (Italy). This technology represents considerable advantages both in terms of performance and in terms of hygiene which makes it possible to guarantee the products security and high level of hygiene. The entire process is recorded in an automatic mode that allows to exercise on-line monitoring of all production stages and to carry out corrective and preventive actions in case of emergency situations.

No. 2 Macaroni Factory which was put into operation in May 2012 is equipped with 2 lines manufactured by “Italpast”: a line for production of long pastas with a capacity of 500-600 kilogram per hour and a line for production of special format pasta with a capacity of 150 kilogram per hour.
